Yes. Anything of type "inserter" (I do not believe Miniloaders will work, despite being inserters "under the hood").
It also works with any ranges and configuration, e.g. bob's inserter mod that lets you re-aim the inserters. The code is almost exactly "look at where an inserter is putting stuff down, if it's not an entity (machine etc), look for an item and have the player mine it"
