Adds the unusual "Peruse Inserter", whose range continuously cycles between 1, 2, and 3 tiles, in a fixed sequence, such that items from any input tile may be placed on any output tile.

Why would you use this? Because it allows for higher storage density when using 1x1 storage chests, with a ratio of 3 chests : 1 inserter (vs the ordinary 1 chest : 1 inserter). To this end, it is powered by fluids, not electricity, allowing it to be tiled infinitely without any precious tiles being stolen by pesky power poles. It accepts, as fuel, any fluid with a temperature and non-zero heat capacity (so, in vanilla, exclusively steam).
