Adds 3 personal power generators: burner, nuclear, and fusion.

The idea behind this mod is power shouldn't magically appear. The burner will consume any regular fuel, coal, rocket fuel, wood etc.
The nuclear PPU will consume nuclear fuel and create depleted fuel. Fusion.... well you get the idea.

Personal solar, nuclear and fusion remain untouched.

The sizes of the unites, power output, fuel efficiency are all configurable.
