I was connecting a green wire from the input of a decider combinator ghost, to a medium power pole, to the input of a different (non-ghost) decider combinator.
The mod Protocol's Extended Runtime Event Library (1.0.6) caused a non-recoverable error.
Please report this error to the mod author.
