Adds two new turrets:
-Shotgun turret
-Tesla turret, an early game version of laser turrets
---Small range and half the power and damage of laser turrets, but cheaper and available much earlier
---Also applies a slow affect to the target, so it is still useful after you unlock lasers

Adds new ammo:
- Dragons Breath shotgun shells, ignites enemies and creates fire on impact, but deals less initial damage than their piercing counterpart

These things exist in other mods sure, but I did not like many of their implementations/graphics, so I decided to make my own.
