Hi! With Paracelsin 1.11.6 (also 1.11.5), Krastorio 2 Spaced Out 2.0.19 and no other mods, 1.2.0 stops the game from loading:

Error while loading recipe prototype "nitrogen-nitric-acid" (recipe): Recipe has invalid main product nitric-acid. The product does not exist in the recipe product list.

replace_in_recipes (utils.lua:16-21) swaps nitric-acid for kr-nitric-acid in ingredients and results but not in main_product.

One more: data-final-fixes.lua:18-22 and cleanup_fluid_tech_unlocks (:145-158) hide and lock every recipe named like a replaced fluid. Skewer Shattered Planet has a recipe called nitrogen (oxide slurry to nitrogen), so it gets hidden and locked too. Checking that the recipe is Paracelsin's own would avoid that.
