Adds the ability to launch special satellites in a rocket silo to keep certain areas of the map always in view.

Mechanics

Every time an Scanning satellite is launched, the force that launched it gains a certain number of chunks added to their allotment. Members of the force can then use a shortcut item (Scanning satellite targeting) in order to designate rectangular areas that will be kept in view. The number of chunks in this area is then subtracted from the allotment. Multiple areas can be designated and only the cumulative total of all the chunks in those areas will be considered against the maximum.

Each satellite allows the scanning of 800 chunks, by default (Changeable in mod settings / runtime map settings).

Example

The player's force has 2 scanning satellites launched.
Their total is 1600 chunks. They designate 3 areas:
- 10x10 chunk area (costing 100 chunks)
- 20x20 area (costing 400 chunks)
- 8x3 area (costing 24 chunks)
They have 1076 chunks left in their allotment to allocate.
