The new 2.1 update solves the issue by letting you read and set requests on separate wires, and without the use of radio buttons. Thanks devs!

Usage

Just hook it up to the circuit network and configure as you would a "dummy" rocket silo normally; Read orbital requests, and hook it up to logistic chests with the proper circuit magic!
