There's a chance now that any placed structure you pick up increases quality. This includes when you're dragging transport belts and pressing rotate during that. You can essentially now upgrade your structures by placing them and picking them up again.
I addressed this, It will now only affect resources and not placed items. On the bonus side of things, I also included a switch where you can have it go back to the old broken behavior too! Or completely off.
