Opps! Someone put legendary quality model modules in every machine! And they're super glued inside!

2.12.0 - Tidied all the glove chaos into ONE simple switch! Pick "World resources only", "Everything", or "Off" — so YOU decide whether picking stuff up upgrades it.
2.11.0 - Whoops, the gloves got a little TOO sticky — picking a machine up and plopping it back down was secretly re-rolling its quality (free upgrades, oops for real!). Fixed that so it only happens if you actually want it. Also now updated for Factorio 2.1!
2.10.0 - Oops now they're super glued on your gloves too! Not even hand crafting or mining is spared now... Also added Quality Cap Settings for quality limits or forced-only, plus some other additional options.
