Adding this mod removes all inserter's from Bob's logistics, leaving only the steam and basic one.

do they all have filters by default?

do you maybe have the mod "No More Long Handed Inserters"? it looks like Bob's Logistics re-uses the base game Long Handed Inserter as the Fast Inserter and the Fast Inserter as the Express Inserter. check other mods that may be messing with inserters, too.

i cant recreate this very well on my end, otherwise. for some reason the techs do get disabled, though, but using the enable_filters command fixes that. so i'll figure that out. but beyond that, once that's done, including disabling that mod, all the correct inserters are available, all of them minus the filters which is intended for this mod.

hopefully this should be fixed now :D

They don't have filters by defualt nor do i have that mod.
The last update did fix it tho.
