I confirm. I tried to install this planet from https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Better-Planets, but this fails because it requires omnilibrary=4.2.2, instead of >=, and I believe it's impossible to install concrete version of the omnilibrary from in-game mod manager.

But the thing is, I believe in current situation it's IMPOSSIBLE to install Planet Omnia from in-game mod manager, leaving the only option to install everything manually, which is pain, when you try to have huge modpack as Better Planets with all the optionals.
