I don't see a way of creating Omnium science and Omnia appears to be soft locked for me.

The burner Omnithingie only gives me the water recipe option and nothing else.

Should have unlocked together with the burner and some other recipes when you first mined omnite manually. Could there be a mod you loaded that prevents this?

I got the technology unlocked when I mined omnite, but I don't see the recipe in the machine. When I'm back in the game I'll list the mods - which I will say now is quite a few since I was playing a "mod planets" game after finishing Space Age.

it does need to be crafted in the 'omniphlog', one of the special crafters, and requires omnic water input. Could it be the wrong machine you are looking to? Although maybe not since you mention something about it earlier.

My bad. The icons and recipes are so similar I didn't realize there were two different buildings. I only had the omnitractor and not the omniphlog
