How do I fuel my flamer turrets?

Advanced Oil Processing includes a simplified version of coal liquefaction, made in the chem plant. That lets you make heavy oil, for roasting biters or making lube.

Why don't my drills work?

Give them liquid! Sulfur needs water, and fuel needs lube.

Once you've researched the Plastics technology, you can smelt it into plastic bars by putting it in a furnace.
