Turning off oil wells with the Space Age mod enabled will crash the game, so don't do that. I suspect this is Aquilo's fault, so it will probably also break with any mods that add planets with crude oil on them.
If your game won't launch and you need to change the setting, disabling all mods except for this one should let the game load so you can get to the settings and turn them back on.
