I don't know if it's the same as this guy, but I'm getting the following:

Mods to be disabled:
• oil_press
• space-exploration

I've got oil_press_0.18.3 installed on game version 0.18

Yeah I'm getting the same error message as Snoman314 except i'm running it on game verison 0.18.10
