Fully configurable offshore pump speed: 1 to 1,000,000 fluid units per second. It also scales the fluid box volume, so the pump actually delivers the rate you set — since Factorio 2.1 a port's max flow is derived from its fluid box volume, capping the vanilla pump at roughly 4800 units/s.
