Major Features:
- Fixed the real throughput being capped at roughly 4800 units/s regardless of the configured speed.
- Since Factorio 2.1 the max flow of a fluid connection is derived from the fluid box volume (UtilityConstants::max_fluid_flow was removed). The vanilla volume of 100 therefore limited the pump no matter how high pumping_speed was set.
- The fluid box volume is now scaled with the requested speed (volume = speed per tick x multiplier, default multiplier 3, matching the headroom the game uses for crafting machines).
- New startup setting "Throughput headroom (fluid box volume multiplier)".
- New startup setting "Also enlarge pipe fluid volume" (off by default) to raise the capacity of normal pipes and pipes to ground when the downstream network is the bottleneck.
