Pelagos already has methane, that could be extracted with oil rig. It was deigned to NOT have crude oil, and big chunk of progression is oriented around this fact.
Could you remove it from supported planets?

Hi, it seems i a little overdone it, aso im just making my modpack and trying to balance planets around it(maybe i didnt investigated you mod that much to understand that this is not needed), also cos you planet has so much ocean i assumed that it might be possible to fill some gaps there with offshore oil
