The burner pump recipe appears twice in the Steam Power research effects. I think this block can be removed: https://github.com/lukedupin/offshore-burner/blob/9acbde443063481ae8f1b29923e85d78644f3273/data.lua#L124-L130
Thanks for finding that. I think the issue is actually because I wasn't removing the original recipe from steam tech. I pushed an (untested) update because I uninstalled the game. If its still an issue I'll re-install and try again thanks.
