Removes the magic offshore pump that just works. This mod adds 2 new offshore pumps, burner and electric. The burner pump is unlocked and consumes fuel to run.

The electric pump matches the speed of the default offshore pump but requires electricity roughly equivalent to a mk3 assembler machine.
