Biters are cold-blooded. Engineers aren't. The implications are clear.
Adds a late-game tool for removing biters (and pollution) completely from your game, for when they are no longer a major threat to anything except your UPS. The research and equipment are expensive, but once you've finished that you can start a bombardment that kills every biter on the map and prevents them from appearing in any newly-generated areas.
Commands:
/nw-status - show the status of the mod's events.
/nw-stop - stop the bombardment early.
