I did so as I noticed it hasn’t been updated in a while. All I did was make no wall alerts toggleable, add a no gate alerts option, and moved the setting text into a locale file for future translation. That and updating it for 2.1, which is the main reason I wanted to fork it.

I hope it’s okay, and all thanks goes to you for the code and idea! If you wish to update your mod and even implement my improvements/features, feel free to do so and I can mark mine as deprecated.

Hi, sorry it took so long for me to reply; I didn't see the notification for this thread! (Maybe the thread was a wall, and thus did not give alerts hehe).

Since around December 2024 I've tried focusing my relationship with Factorio to my randomizer mod, and even gave control for some of my other mods like biter memoirs and fun mode to others, who have maintained them much better than I would have.

I would love to transfer ownership of this mod to you, and you can simply change the code to what you have in the fork. That way it will be easier for others to update. Or I can include a link to yours in the description. Up to you!
