You cannot fill up cars, tanks, or boats with coal, wood, or solid fuel. Only liquid fuel barrels are allowed for vehicles

Transportation of the player, be it vehicles or teleporters.
Considering the first barrel of fuel is precious perhaps add the following mods as recommended mods.
