Hello, great mod
I have done a bit of testing and it seems the quality chance for uncommon and rare is hard capped at 81.9175% for me, no matter how many higher tiers and qualities of quality modules I put into the machines (61.4381% for epic and 46.0786% for legendary). The only setting I changed was the quality skip chance so I'm not sure what I did but when I first tested how the mod worked a while ago, it worked fine, going over 100% chance.
