It removes the biter-egg ingredient from the Productivity module 3 recipe.

No. It only removes biter-egg from productivity-module-3.

Yes. It is a prototype-stage recipe tweak with no runtime scripts or migrations.

This mod runs in data-final-fixes.lua and removes biter-egg from the final recipe ingredient list at that stage.
