Removes the small iron electric pole from AAI, as I often found myself always using them over medium and large electric poles due to their cost.

The iron pole isn't fully removed from the game, just removed from the tech that unlocks it for the player. Any iron power poles in your world should turn into wooden power poles when you load the mod, so there isn't any danger of breaking existing worlds.

Removing this mod should be safe, but any poles turned wooden won't revert back.
