Landfill has the same texture as the surrounding tiles, instead of the default grass.

This is a "fixed" version of Nicefill by staviq. Adds support for the script_raised_set_tiles event, which is raised by mods when building tiles, like Klonan's Repair Turret or when using Instant Blueprint from Creative mod. Might work with other mods that place landfill using script, but this is untested.

Will be removed when staviq adds support to his own mod.
