I've yet to try it, but can I just say this looks very, very cool.
Curious to know when playing PvE, can players play coop with their own separate kingdom? And is there a way to toggle resetting a disconnected player? It would be cool to play PvE with friends on a server, but when someone goes offline, and comes back they just carry on with their base, maybe it's invulnerable to biter attacks whilst they're offline?
What happens when going to other planets? Does each player get their own rocket silo when discovering them? Is it possible to build additional rocket silos?
Can we play this with overhaul mods, other mods etc? For example, Krastorio 2 Spaced Out Rampant Deathworld?

Hi @facthenrio,

Thanks for your interest!

Nexus Kingdoms is designed primarily for PvP gameplay rather than co-op.
If you're looking for a co-op experience where players can each build and develop their own spawn together: Oarc Multiplayer Spawn
Oarc was specifically created for that purpose.

Nexus Kingdoms was inspired by that concept, but has been expanded significantly with mechanics focused on PvP, diplomacy, territory control, and kingdom warfare.

Regarding your questions:

Players keep their own kingdom and progress when they disconnect.
Additional rocket silos can be built if needed.
Space Age planets are shared between players and kingdoms, rather than each player receiving a separate version.
Compatibility with overhaul mods such as Krastorio 2, Space Exploration variants, Rampant, or Deathworld has not been extensively tested yet, so compatibility cannot be guaranteed.

I hope that helps. Feel free to ask if you have any more questions!

What happens to a players base when they go offline? Say if one of us is still online, is the offline players base invulnerable to the natives and other players? Also, do you intend to get it working with 2.1?

Hi Facthenrio,

Player bases don't get shielded when they go offline, to support offline raids.
Yes i am planning to update the mod to 2.1 once it gets released to the public.
Servers cannot install beta versions of Factorio so i am waiting for the official release of 2.1
