  Bugfixes:
    - Fixed the recycler refusing scrap. Root cause: adding a uranium-concentrate drop made scrap-recycling have 13 outputs, one more than the recycler's 12 output slots, so the recycler could not run it (recipe showed "made in: character" only). The scrap buff is now a clean wholesale override (scrap-buff.lua) that rebuilds the shared_probability pool and widens a recycling furnace's result inventory to 20 slots when it needs more room for the extra drop. The recycler-return scaling also preserves shared_probability distributions.
