changing what color lamps are doesn't do anything. they are all stuck on red

nope, i was testing the mod all by itself

Odd, what action did you take to change color?

i have tried two ways

In game"

settings >mod settings> map >changed color with ui button

and at main menu:

settings >mod settings> map >changed color with ui button >then loading a game

You change color with a right click swip of the planner.
Like Upgrade planner Downgrade.
