Navigation Beacon (fork)

Adds a Navigation Beacon, which when placed on a Space Platform, will cause players to automatically chart their Remote View on planets that the nav beacon orbits. When placed on a planet, it simply acts as a strong radar.

Would it be possible to add some simple circuit control so you could disable the Beacon with a signal.
On the ground, you can do that with a power switch, but since the space platform acts as a power grid itself, that isn't possible if you want to disable a Nav Beacon in space.

Beacon is essentially a simple radar. So if you add a wire connection - it will work like a vanilla radar. I can make it so that Beacon turns off while the platform is moving. Or I can add a combinator to which the off/on signal should be sent

You can add a wire connection but from what I understand that's just for transmitting signals wirelessly, it doesn't give you any control on the power.
Something like a combinator would be great.

So, I have added a possibility to disable navigation beacon. To do this, just connect a signal wire to it and signal Disable Navigation Beacon with a value greater than 0. Then the beacon will be disabled - it will stop consuming energy and will not open map areas.

I will be glad to receive any comments and suggestions
