-Adds early-game cliff explosives (the 1.1 recipe) that can only be crafted/used on Nauvis (or any modded planet that has Nauvis gravity)
-Vulcanus cliff explosives are renamed to "Interstellar Cliff Explosives", but are functionally identical.
-Nauvis cliff explosives are now used by construction robots to destroy Nauvis cliffs (Interstellar cliff explosives still work, but the robots won't use them).
