  Changes:
    - Added electric engines to rocket part recipe.
    - Adjusted rocket part recipe to take twice as many items but make 2 parts. (This is to allow engines to be used at half rate)
    - Rocket part recipe is slightly slower overall. (Following this mod's trend to make recipes slower)
    - Added a config to disable this change, as it affects ALL rocket launches and does break bases again. (Default enabled however)

  Info:
    - Updated for 2.1, but also includes additional complexity. I'm starting a second playthrough for 2.1 and I desire *more.*
    - Existing factories won't break, but anything related to science may need to be *slightly* reworked.
    - If there is demand for a 2.1 version without these additions, I can look at creating an alternative "original" version. Please let me know.
  Changes:
    - Updated for 2.1
    - Techs: All technologies require x5 as many packs, though all packs are x5 as cheap.
    - - This brings pack amounts back in line with vanilla, as landing pad throughput is solved in 2.1.
    - Promethium: Asteroid byproduct is no longer affected by prod, to match the other recipes. Now also has a small iron ore byproduct.
    - Blank data: Recipe now takes copper cable, and fail rate increased. Density /5 to match science and data.
    - Space Slurry: Can now be barreled, and takes stone as a catalyst. Will require infrequent stone deliveries from surface.
    - Science Gel: All gel recipes now have a small water and spoilage byproduct to deal with. See below for changes to ingredients.
    - Automation science: Added beacon to data. Added explosive rockets to gel, and increased lube/acid slightly.
    - Metallurgic science: Added land mines to data. Added rail to gel, and increased concrete usage. Increased tungsten use in both.
    - Agricultural science: Replaced circuits with steam in data, and added piercing ammo. Gel now also takes eggs. Data craft makes just one card at a time, to allow for 1 egg per craft. (Takes just 20 gel per craft now)
    - - Pack spoils into garbage data again, but fixed at common quality. Due to density changes, pack craft is affected less by promethium freshness.
    - Electromagnetic science: Added pumpjack to data. Added holmium plate to gel. Other costs increased slightly. Data density relative to other sciences reduced 10x -> 4x. No longer requires extra rockets compared to Nauvis.
    - Starfrost Slurry: Also requires stone as a catalyst.
    - Cryogenic science: Added fluorine to data. Added concrete to gel. (Recommended to export bricks and craft concrete in space!)
    - Promethium science: Added railgun ammo to gel, and replaced p-eggs with spoilage. Other costs increased slightly. (Intended method for spoilage is from eggs)
    - Upcycling rework: Base quality massively increased to 100%, but craft time also significantly increased. Slurry usage to get packs to x quality should be unchanged, even with density changes.
    - - This means pre-speed modules, you will be *guaranteed* at least 1 quality increase. Though you will likely need speed modules to keep up, and (optionally) quality modules to remain over 100%.
    - Assembling machine 3 is now used as the main assembler. Stats are the same, only the texture is different.
    - Offshore pumps are now much slower.
    - Other minor fixes. See Github for all changes.

    - This update introduces a new method to upcycle science, as an extra way to encourage larger platforms.
    - Technically no breaking changes, but bumped to 1.1.0 anyway because platforms may want to be redesigned.
  Changes:
    - Science packs can be upcycled at the cost of a small amount of slurry.
    - Oil refineries have a base quality bonus of 20% to accomplish this. Should not affect any other vanilla recipes.
    - Quality packs are less effective than vanilla, due to ease of upcycling. Rare packs are the new baseline. (Repair packs affected unfortunately)
    - Automation card techs reduced in price to avoid being impacted by quality changes. (Also Kovarex is cheaper to unlock.)
    - Agricultural science packs spoil in 1h again due to addition of quality stuff. Result is now nutrients.
    - Quality modules now give a small energy efficiency penalty.
    - Space slurry ratios adjusted, overall slightly cheaper.
    - Minor changes to recipe ordering in crafting tab.
    - Updated tips and tricks.

  Info:
    - This update aims to slow down science production and decrease the effect of late-game productivity.
    - Mostly nerfs, a single Gleba buff. Existing saves will work fine, just slower.
  Changes:
    - Most recipes added by NSO have had their base craft times doubled.
    - Research speed tech bonus halved. Researching the first pack tech no longer provides a free research speed boost. (Overall, labs are half as fast)
    - Productivity in slurry, data and pack recipes are capped to 100%. Tooltips added to recipes to show this. (Otherwise late game the packs can be CHEAPER than vanilla!)
    - Science gel is capped at 0%, preventing any base productivity from having an effect. Recipes adjusted so the cost per gel remains mostly the same.
    - Nauvis gel can no longer be made in biochambers. Nauvis gel craft time halved.
    - Prod module 3 now has 8% productivity instead of 10%. All prod modules speed penalties doubled.
    - Speed module 3 now has 40% boost instead of 50%.
    - Garbage data cards from pack crafting are now affected by productivity again and will show in production graph stats. Recycling garbage data gives 33% less material.
    - Agricultural science packs take twice as long to spoil. (Data spoil time is unchanged.)
    - Updated tips and tricks.
    - Blank data recipe tooltip now shows "Made in".
