This is a great mod. Can you limit it to only act on vanilla straight-rail and curved-rail, and the types added by this mod, rather than all rail types?

Using the stonify tool, for example, on modded rails turns them into vanilla rails. Modded rails typically should not be changed--for example Cargo Ships "water ways", Beautiful Bridge Railways bridges, and Space Exploration "space rails" go places that normal rails--naked or otherwise--should not go. Using the naked rail tools on them results in normal rails being stuck in the water or in space.
