Moves ghost rebuild timeout to another technology

b not working with SE

I have tried to use this with SE so it triggers when you get do the "burner-mechanics" but using that made it crash on boot due to a value of nil to bypass that I had to use "aai-burner-mechanics" I thought since I didn't get the failed on boot I thought it was working and but when I checked afterwards the revive of the building destroyed did not get a ghost replacement. when I looked at the tech tree the icon for the effect of the ghost timeout was still at military.

thanks, fixed in 1.0.2.

the first technology name you used was correct, the reason the aai- one did not work is that when the technology name does not exist it defaults to military.
