Adds additional recipes for casting metal plumbing objects in Vulcanus foundries

By its own, this adds a single recipe to cast storage tanks from foundries on Vulcanus. The total molten iron used is equivalent to that which would have been needed to produce the iron and steel plates.

There's also an option to change the vanilla casting pipe-to-ground recipe to use ONLY molten iron, as well as an option to make casting pipes produce 2 pipes by default (I know this is not particularly helpful but it bothered me that the casting recipe is "technically" worse on paper than the assembler recipe. Turn it off if you like).

With Zithorian's Extra Storage Tanks, Pipe Plus, and/or Flow Control you will also unlock casting recipes for the various plumbing doodads added by these mods, affected by the optional toggles as well.
