Fixes a critical startup crash when running Razi Protocol with Molten Plastic on stable Factorio 2.0 by registering the legacy kr-electronic-components-molten-plastic recipe identifier. Only valid for 1.0.50 of Molten Plastic. Fixed in 1.0.51.
