Hello ! I found one golden plate could only make one single golden wile , is it designed ？Such as gold isn't a tough metal or other reasons ?
yes but gold wire and plate can be used in alternate recipes substitute either copper plate or wire for gold alternates which basically can double the output. Consider gold to be more malleable so less is required
This seems weird for me too. For every recipe that includes gold plates, it is obviously intended that gold is worth twice as much as copper.
But when using gold wire, the ratio changes back to 1:1 because you get 2 copper wires out of a plate, but only 1 gold wire.
