Hi, just installed the mod and really like the de-evolution idea to encourage pollution control. I went ahead and researched the purifiers and got the evolution factor down a bit, but after 15 mins or so, the evolution starts going back up again and won't go down. Reinstalled the mod and again, 15 minutes of de-evolution and then it goes back up again. It doesn't go back down even if my factory is off and have if I have no pollution produced.
