It seems that landfill ghosts are created correctly for the mining drills, but if the belt planner belts crosses water no landfill ghosts are created underneath the belt ghosts.
I am also experiencing this problem and would be greatly appreciated of a fix as im playing on an island save with a mod to make ore patches appear in water
