When using the "Simple" layout with Big Mining Drills and Medium Power Poles, with direction of facing to the right/east, the power poles won't be properly connected all together between different rows of miners. I had to manually add some poles to power all the rows of miners. I dunno if that's expected behaviour or if they should all be connected?

No, there's no special logic to connect them between rows. Yes, it's a bit annoying to then add missing poles for connectivity.
I don't really want to do a bodge fix because everything is overdue for a complete rewrite after Space Age.
I'm doing some fixes to account for power pole reach with quality so for example rare medium electric power poles can reach between lanes.

I love this mod, and I just want to say I'm also looking forward for a fix for this.
