Hello, I like this powerful mod and have translated it into Chinese.
However, I've encountered an issue while using it. When making selections in the GUI, an icon appears in the cursor that covers the first character of the description text.
This problem may not be noticeable in English, but it's quite severe in Chinese. Therefore, I hope that during GUI selections, the icons could be hidden or at least the description text and icons don't overlap.

I'll add padding the start of the tooltip. I don't want to get rid of the icon and currently there's no way to make tooltips render above it.

(I assume this isn't getting cut off)
Should be a good enough workaround if/until Wube implements something.
