Looks like they stole the mod and claim it is their own mod. No reference to this mod or the mod owner.

Anyway, no reference and MIT licensing would be problem

Recipe changes and tweaks should be done via dependency to the original mod, not a full copy of it.
When I wrote this post, there were no description on it, changelog was fully copied, and yes missing references

I load this mod without changes and I modify the recipes in my own local mod.
With "? miniloader" in the info.json file. Much easier to manage and legal.
