It would appear that the recipes for filter Miniloaders are still requiring previous tier filter Miniloaders, specifically when Bob's "belts require previous tiers" setting is false. Regular Miniloaders recipes work as expected.
I would have though that with the Bob's setting as false, that the filter Miniloaders would require filter inserters and undergrounds?
