It crashes both server and single-player game.

The mysterious thing here is that it crashes for me, but not for the guy I'm playing the game with.

He gave me his entire mod folder, ini file and I re-installed the game from scratch.

What gives?

That GUI is from v1.15.3. Can you provide the save, and any Factorio logs (client and server) that you have?

Both log and save. Also it says 1.15.5 in my mod version, I just checked. It's odd.

Please try v1.15.6. Best guess is that you updated from v1.15.3 to v1.15.5 after logging out while the custom GUI was open, and that caused the config GUI to be closed without running the logic that cleans up the custom GUI from v1.15.3.

After updating to 1.15.6, it's fixed!
