Sounds like another mod is interfering with your construction ability, and that mod is incorrectly generating its error messages. Miniloader inserters use the localised_name prototype property.
If you are using the editor, make sure that you set the force correctly. The editor defaults to placing things on the enemy force, which is probably not what you want.
