I selected a bunch of buildings and pressed CTRL+C, then the message below popped up. There were no miniloaders in the copied section.

The mod Miniloader (1.14.5) caused a non-recoverable error.
Please report this error to the mod author.

Your savegame seems to be corrupt. You can try running /c __miniloader__ global.previous_opened_blueprint_for = {} to fix it, but I can't see how it could have gotten corrupt that way.
