The miniloaders show wrong power consumption and I understand why. However, it would be nice to add the actual max consumption to the entity description. You can just hardcode it based on some tests in creative.
The inserters hidden inside the miniloaders spend some time working and some time just waiting for the belt. So they can't reach their full consumption.
