The raw resource requirements of Space Exploration space miniloaders are considerably cheaper than express miniloaders. The research to unlock them is also easier, and they are just as good if not better in all circumstances.
I’m tempted to exploit this, but I think it would be best if you simply changed the recipe. The crux of the problem is that the space miniloader doesn’t require a lower-tier miniloader at all.
